Mercy Wound Center
Mercy Wound Center treats chronic, non-healing wounds that have not responded to conventional treatment after a four-week period. Many wounds heal on their own but certain conditions, such as diabetes, vascular disease or having limited ability to move, can increase your risk of having a non-healing wound.
At Mercy Wound Center, you will receive advanced, research-based care and the
latest treatments and technology from a team of medical professionals who are specially trained in treating wounds that have resisted healing. In some cases, you may be a candidate for
hypberbaric oxygen treatment (HBOT).
Types of wounds we treat include:
- Diabetic ulcers
- Bone infections/osteomyelitis
- Crush injuries
- Post-operation wounds and infections
- Pressure ulcers
- Radiation burns
- Venous and vascular-ulcers
- Gangrene
- Minor burns
- Other wounds that resist healing
If you have been struggling with a wound that is not healing, we can evaluate your wound for you. You do not need a doctor’s referral to get an appointment with us, but if you do come to us for treatment, we can work with your doctor to help
coordinate your care.
