The 50,000 square foot Mercy Health and Recreation Center facility, located on the Amherst Metro Parks Hollstein Reservation, is also the new home of Mercy’s outpatient occupational therapy, speech therapy and physical rehabilitation services.

This custom-built facility will allow Mercy to enhance existing therapy programs while providing a comfortable, therapeutic and convenient setting for patients. Amenities at the new facility include an eight-lane competition swimming pool with a slide, nautilus equipment, a three-lane indoor walking track, and enhanced options for individuals with physical limitations. The center features a café concession stand, premiere locker rooms, and viewing deck inside the swim area. Mercy patients will enjoy private treatment and waiting areas, dedicated pediatric suite with a unique sensory room and a fully operational kitchen to assist in home management training.

Mercy Rehabilitation Services offer an entire spectrum of therapies and services. Mercy Rehabilitation Services treat patients living with the effects of:
