MyChart: Providing convenient, secure access to your health information
 

MyChart is part of Mercy's new electronic health record system.  As a patient of a Mercy Medical Partners or Mercy Tri-City Medicine physician, your health information is now available to you online. 

MyChart allows you to:

• View your medical information online
• Communicate online with your doctor's office
• Manage appointments
• Access you and your family's records online

Your information is safe and secure.  All data is encrypted and password protected. 

To log on securely, click on the link below.   You will be directed to the MyChart page hosted by Catholic Health Partners, Mercy's parent organization. If you have yet to register, please contact your Mercy physician's office and they will be able to assist you.
